Online Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra sessions.
You can register and pick the class plan that works better for you. Use the option “Register here in two steps” from the top menu.
Starting this month (November), I will have three options for online classes:
Option 1) Two classes per week, each available for one full day: Tuesday and Thursday Hatha Yoga Class (cost $20)
For option one, the schedule is:

Option 2) Three classes per week, each available one full day: Tuesday and Thursday Hatha Yoga classes, plus 1 Friday (I will alternate the third class between Active, Meditation, Yoga Nidra). Each of these classes will be available for one full day (cost $30)

Option 3) Two Hatha yoga classes plus 1 (Active, Meditation, Yoga Nidra) available all week (for $40). With this option, you can practice sessions more than one time during the week. Also, you can pick the class you need for that specific day.
